Light Heavyweight title match between title holder Quinton Jackson and Forrest Griffin after the Ultimate Fighter series has concluded and there has been enough beef built up between the two fighters. There will be more fights to be announced.

We shall have to wait and see if ufc will arrange a fight with fedor and randy?? or did they already?? let me know because I feel the future of the heavyweight division is brandon the truth vera or febricio verdum.. these guys are both young tough and I dont see either of them losing so easily to anyone.. what well rounded thought provoking young martial artists.. I really believe either of them can snag a title soon.. we will have to wait and see… nogera is washed up too old and randy’s time is up as well… fedor is unstoppable yet he is not in the cardio shape the brandon vera is in.. get back to me on this please.. it’s quite interesting.. the new bruce lee in mixed martial arts though is between george st pierre and of course mr muay thai himself, Anderson The Spider Silva.. who can beat these two guys–anderson and st pierre.. they will both keep the championships in their divisions for some time..but for right now if fedor comes into ufc he will win the heavyweight title and keep it for at least 6 months guaranteed!!! dont forget the lightweight masters!!! they are fun to watch!!
quinton jackson is tough and forest is no slouch yet I will give a sight advantage to quinton and the jujitsu to forest…
it will be exciting.. is it just me or does the ufc need to work something out with the damn pay per view companies like comcast!!! these fights are coming two a month and they charge 44 $ for last one thats rediculous!! note to ufc, lower your damn costs or I and my friends will quit watching… work something out with the on demand and pay per view companies!!! it’s highway robbery–i wont spend that again!!

I believe that, barring a heavy punch from Rampage, Forrest can do the same thing to him that he did to Shogun. Shoguns knee was fine at the start of the fight, I’ve fought in alot worse shape, he actualy looked leaner against Griffin than in any of his pride fights. And I own every Pride event on DVD, and UFC’s 40-76, and I’ve got the rest on DVR, so my opinion is not biased, or uneducated. Griffin is a MONSTER!!! Watch him train and you will see, plus I’ve seen him and Wandi both spar and I think Forrest can beat him as well. That being said, Rampage has the kind of hands that could end ANY fight, so it should be interesting, just dont count Forrest out.

Fedor has moved to M1 where hes gettin a million a fight and i think randys just sittin out the rest of hiS contract with UFC Which ends this month or next , then he his movin 2 M1 aswell so it is on the cards just not with ufc
Rampage is a beast. I give Rampage 70 percent over Forrests 30. Rampage looks like hes 20 pounds heavier maybe 215, he looks like a heavyweight. I bet he weighs 220 ushally and cuts down to 205. Where Forrest looks way smaller hes not even cut.
Rampage beat too maney number 1 and 2 guys and I will be suprised if Forrest can take his punches. Rampages head is huge too. Hes got a massave dome piece. Rampages left hook is 1700 PSI that means he punches as hard as MIKE TYSON give or take a little. Tyson was 2000 but it was a right not a left.
wandi would kill forrest, he woudl not have a chance. wandi has also killed rampage twice. i would like to see rampage lose against forrest but i cant see it happening

I was pretty sure I would put my money on Rampage, even though I knew Grifin had heart. After watching TUF season 7 Im not so sure? I really think that Griffin is going to have to stay away from dangerous strikes by Rampage to extend the fight, then conditioning is a factor, and I beleive thats where Forrest wins the fight is in the later rounds. When Quinton “Temper Tantrum” Jackson Gases! I truley do not have a problem with Jackson, but Griffin is derserving of the title and is capable of capturing it. I think he represents everything a fight er should be, and in a perfect world he would be champ already.
Bernardo you must not live in vegas cause if you do you should check out the pro mma class at extreme couture. Forrest and Wandi both train there and I’ve already seen what would happen if they fought. You might be dissapointed. I have no doubt Forrest has a better shot at Wandi than he does against Rampage. And if they ever fight I’m putting a couple hundred on Forrest for sure. I’m taking advantage of your bias and the sportsbooks too.
Griffins only chance is by a weak decision, if he takes the fight to Rampage he’ll get killed

He will also beat rampage if forrest does’nt do it on saturday night.. the matador Roger Huerta is an unstoppable badass and will win the lightweight title! he will beat BJ penn even though I like bj, huerta is truly amazing to watch!! he is the future..Friday I believe if rampage does not knock forest out quick it may be a fist fest or griffin may try to take rampage down quick! I give the fight to rampage! Also chris lights out lytle, should knock out josh “piece of shit cocky” koscheck!! finally patrick cote will win his fight.. lol i think the comment someone made about rampage jacksons dome piece is pretty funny. but in all seriousness i think forrest is tough, i dont think rampage has to knock him out to beat him , but i think rampage will knock him out. forrest got beat badly by jardean , i mean cmon now folks, if jardean can beat him then so can rampage. the only other good fighter jardean ever beat was lidell and that was when lidell was like 37 or 38 years old. rampage has beaten lidell for the championship, (lidell was old at the time but he was still on top of his game), and then he beat henderson in defense of his belt, and henderson is a bad man. the only way forrest wins this fight is if rampage is out of shape or something like that, but if rampage is in shape and on top of his game , he will win this fight. and ive heard about silva till im sick of it, hopefully some one will knock him out so people quit talking about him, if hes so great then where is he at today? until he takes that belt off of rampage jacksons waste then rampage is the man, if forrest takes the belt then he is the man. but silva is not even contending for it yet. and like i said if he was that great he would already be fighting for the title. apparently ufc thinks dan henderson and forrest are better competition to put them in the ring with rampage before silva to fight for the belt.
and as far as bisping is concerned i dont see how anyone would even think he is so great. it was easy for him to get in front of the entire world and brag on how great he was after he won a decision in a fight which matt hammil won easily. that doesnt say much for his character, the whole world saw what happened no matter what the judges say, i know 4 year olds that couldve prolly watched that fight and told u hammil won. bisping got up on national tv and talked about how he was the better fighter, when he knew in his heart what had just happened, matt hammil dominated on all levels of that fight. he out slugged him and out wrestled him, he even had him down several times and told him to get up, what does that tell u? hammil was in control of that fight, and if bisping wants to say he is the better man then he can, but i would like to see a rematch and this time do it in the united states instead of bispings country. he showed no class after that fight, the least he couldve done was shake hammils hand and be a good sport about it because everyone saw that bisping was out manned in that match. but instead he bragged on himself. i want to see a rematch and i can bet that hammil will beat him again. bisping is about my least favorite fighter after that match, he proved to me that he is not an honest guy and that he is about the cockiest person in the business. i am not a fan of bisping i can tell u that much.
ok seriously there is no way you can gage this fight by talking about past fights, Forrest beat Shogun and Shogun beat Rampage? And why even bring up liddel? In his prime I guarentee Rampage doesn’t knock him out. Honestly bro MMA is unpredictable past fights can’t really account for anything. And are you kidding??? Anderson Silva obviously can’t just change weight classes and get a title shot! i think rampage best not underestamate forrest has heart and is a damn great fighter i think that ultimate fighter proved he’s a good coach which says alot rampage best not take him light and i dont think the kieth jardean fight isnt a good example he beat iceman and i think every knows chuck is alot better fighter it just goes to show you cant win them all you need to learn from the fight and train harder and i think forrest has done that beat the hell out of rampage my votes on you
Wow, what an excellent fight. Forest did exactly what he needed to do and Rampage learned a lesson in humility.
With any luck, Rampage will take that lesson to heart and come back a better man, a better role model and a better fighter!

eally am in disbelief!!!! Just shocked that anyone is saying that Rampage won this fight! It was close in a sense, but not close enough to discredit the decission. I mean you cant be serious. Other than the First round I cant Think of a single period where Rampage Dominated. He did land some devistating punches, but they were few and far between. Forrest controlled the fight, He executed a perfect fight plan for a fighter as devistating as Rampage is. That leg kick that disabled Rampage, and basicaly ended the fight, though Rampage did push through it and at times looked as if he may turn the fight around. I think its down right disrespectful to both fighters. One thing is for sure Rampage is as he said not a good actor, Even he said he lost that fight, WAIT NO he said and I quote “Sometimes you win & sometimes you lose, tonight Forrest whipped my ass” Rampage doesnt strike me as a person who hides his feelings, If he felt wronged he would have said so. If you ordered the PPV and you are one these morons asking for your money back? You should be happy that you got all five rounds you paid for, and they were intense & and action packed. Especially on a lack luster undercard. I was on the edge of my seat the whole fight!!!!!!! GIVE THESE FIGHTERS THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE! I wouldnt normaly wouldnt be so emotional and defensive over a fight or peoples opinions as I believe we all have that right. I truly have a great deal of respect for these two fighters, and am a fighter myself. I know these guys didnt train theyre asses of to lose. I know that the judges didnt get this one wrong. I know that Rampage was a GREAT Champ and I believe he will wear the belt again, He is one of the most resiliant fighters I have ever seen. If you followed him in his PRIDE days you know that to be true. Forrest is a deserving champ and I think he represents the UFC well. He has come a long way, I know he wanted to be champ, and I know he wanted to earn it just as he did. I know that Dana White has done something with what was once nothing, I know that the integrity of his business, its fighters and its fans is of the highest importance, and would not be nor would it ever need to be comprimised.

There have been plenty of good fights in the past and some that weren’t so good. Nothing is perfect, peoples’ opinions are their own but if all that is going to happen here than yes post elsewhere. It was one of the good fights “I” thought no real big shock. Forrest works hard for every punch etc. and has an awsome mind set. Kinda funny too. Rampage just stands out in peoples’ minds because 1. he talks alot, he is intimidating looking and is good at what he does. Forrest is the strong silent type. He is one tree in the “FORREST” that doesn’t fall easy. Keep watching, have fun, have a cold one and yah only live once!!!! have a fab day folks!!!!
