His reactions seemed very quick and seemed to take Mir off guard. Had Lesnar not punched Mir in the back of the head he would have been able to hold him and continue to pound. The problem with Lesnar at this point is that he is one dimensional. He relies on his quick reflexes and ground and pound to finish. When a submission expert like Mir is able to trap an appendage he doesn't have enough experience to counter or to see it coming. I do also think that he will learn. He has a long way to go to develop his game. As long as he continues to work he has potential. Doesn't mean I like him (because I don't).
