Is it just me, or with all of this Liddell Vs Silva Crap going down has this freakin weekend felt like Melrose place invaded the UFC?
UFCJunkie.com reports that the deal is all but announced between the two sluggers.
Jardine is coming off a shocking execution style butt whooping at the hands of the unknown Houston Alexander at UFC71, and Liddell of course, lost his belt and golden boy status of the UFC by blocking a Quinton Jackson right hook with his chin at UFC72.Jardine looks to be alast minute replacement for Wanderlei Silva, who for whatever reason (I’m sick of trying to figure it all out) couldn’t fight Chuck.
Exciting? I’m not sure…but after watching what Houston Alexander did to Jardine, my gut says this matchup might be in Chuck’s favor.

Chuck is gonna look a lot better than he did vs QRJ this is gonna be great fight for the iceman cause jardine likes to strike, im still a bit puzzled though chuck vs shogun and lyoto vs jardine would make more sense to me.

I agree chuck is one of my favorites but I just think he deserves a better opponent, he aint a puss he wants to fight cro cop, fedor and wandy. Its danas fault none of those fight are happening.
Undefeated Bisping would have been the best possible replacement match in my opinion. He’s already gone on record saying he is beyond fighting guys like Matt Hammill.
Not many 205 pounders throw a flying knee either. I think their styles result in a real war. Does anyone else agree that would sell some real tickets or what?
I agree that would sell some tickets bro, but bisping has 6 more fights left on his contract and is only being built up dont get me wrong he is one of my favorites cause im in the u.k but i dont think he could compete with chuck yet. He could take jardine though i think
bisbing is a flute with a rabbit foot in his pocket.put him in front of a real 205er like they did forrest and he will be crushed.he DOES NOT have what it takes to compete at the top of 205.anyone desent bonnar,jardine,ortiz,shogun,evans,alexander,forrest,ect and exspecially the iceman.though i would like to see bisbing and the iceman….id love to watch bisbing die at the hands of chuck and would pay good american dollars.then maybe he will diet and think 185 after the recovers
