Bj penn has the best defense against wrestlers specially the single leg. Bj penn has better game on the ground.
Bj penn is a natural 170lb like sherk,

Bj penn disabled matt hughes wrestling skill until he got injured in the end of the 2nd.

As long as penn stays at 155 his gas tank is much better.

Bj pennn did well against gsp even though he lost, BJ sent gsp to the hospital.

Bj penn has heavy hands.. all the tools to beat sherk,

I see Bj penn doing more damage.

I wouldnt say sherk would eat up Penn.

Sherk is strong has a high extreme long gas tank.
good a take downs.

Sherk couldnt finish the the fight against hermes.
Hermes is a 145 lb er.

Good fight.. Sherk the much stronger fighter totally mat handled Hermes.
Hermes did more damage by knees and almost choked out sherk a couple of times. Hermes did a good job overall.

Sherk fought a great fight but hermes was never endangered. Sherk did what a excellent wrestler would do take downs and hold your guy down.

Sherk won power and control.

Hermes did more damage and attempted more submissions when he had the chance.

Sherk couldnt finish the fight in 5 rounds. wasupp with that.

Bj Penns turn… time to spank sherk back to the ocean.
