I want to start a petition right here, right now. I want Denis Kang in the UFC, I want that egghead White to notice that he has nobody in the 185llb weight class that can contend with Silva. I thought Marquardt had a chance last night and it was pretty easy to spot early on that he wasn’t on the same wavelength as Silva. It’s not that Nate Marquardt isn’t “great” he just isn’t on the same level as Silva.
This is why I want Dana White to pick up the phone and fax over a nice contract to Denis Kang and beg him to come fight in the UFC. If you know what’s good for you, you should get behind this, I don’t want to see Anderson Silva get another “easy” win like last night.

Denis Kang update
Kang, the dynamic Canadian middleweight who now trains with American Top Team in Florida, has been seeking a new place to fight ever since his contract with PRIDE expired. He told MM-Eh! that he’s still unsigned and considers himself a free agent.
He added that he is currently in negotiations with several major organizations, but wouldn’t reveal which one, if any, was a forerunner. Rumors have put Bodog at the head of the pack, but whoever does acquire Kang’s services would definitely be getting someone who could be the face of their organization.
