i believe gsp will be a worthy replacement for hughes soon enough.
hes gona need a belt and a few defences first tho.

gsp has to prove a bit more in my opinion.he shows tons of promise tho.im looking forward 2 his upcoming fight with koscheck.

OK I SAY COUTURE IS GREAT ALTHOUGH IT COULD GO EITHER WAY WITH GONZAGA.MY PICK FOR BEST FIGHTER IS FEDOR THOUGH HANDS DOWN.HE’S A FREAK OF NATURE.
UFC JUST HAD IT’S WAKE UP CALL.A YEAR AGO I THOUGHT FRANKLIN WAS THE BEST AND WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT TURNED OUT.HE STILL HAS ALOT OF GOOD THINGS TO COME THOUGH.
EVERYONE WAS TALKING ABOUT HUGHES BEING UNSTOPABLE TOO.I NEVER AGREED WITH THAT I THINK HE’S HAD SOME LUCKY CALLS IN HIS CAREER AND CLOSE BOUTS.THE NEWTON HUGHES FIGHT I THOUGHT WAS A LOSS FOR HUGHES.
I AM HOWEVER EXCITED FOR WHAT’S TO COME PRIDE WAS A PAIN TO SEE FROMM HERE IN THE U.S.A. AND NOW THEY’VE COME HERE WITH THIS OVERTAKING SO I GUESS DANA KNEW A LITTLE MORE THAN WE GAVE HIM CREDIT FOR.

I think Couture’s great. I totally agree, but I have no idea who the best fighter out there is… Hrmmm.. I gotta recognise some good up and comers, Michael Bisping for example, who else, hrmmm… There are a lot of fighters who show promise, but yo just don’t know where that’s going to go…

maybe it comes down 2 who is the most consistant fighter.they all take losses.set backs aside,some fighters have had some very impresive winning streaks.some fighters have consistantly beaten highley rated opponents.fedor,hughes and liddell stand up 2 the test well.
