Gonzaga looked good even before the knockout. Cro Cop looked totally dejected, like he was going to retire or something. Hopefully he gets another shot.
Cro cop has a problem with underestimation of opposite fighters once in awhilewhich was a main reason of this loss.
I don’t think underestimates fighters. He just got caught plain and simple.
That’s his only fault,so let him feel this stupid loss. I did’t find Gonzaga much of big deal, Cro Cop would have won if could be serious about that. That’s how he lost to Macdonald, Randelman, Fedor and Hoost.

Man!!! Comparing the Gonzaga boy to Wanderlei Silva, Gonzaga is like a big chunk of meat without much skill. Given that Crocop beat Silva, he should be able to kick Gonzaga’s fat ass. The reason why crocop lost was because he was too defensive from the begining. He should have dominated the fight from the begining and lured Gonzaga to fight under Crocop’s rythm.
Cro Cop couldn’t dominate from the start, he has to be so damn careful against Gonzaga, he was almost catching everything Mirko threw. Cro Cop hit home with a good body kick and then Gonzaga took him to the mat. It was a tough fight for Cro Cop, he let his hand drop and wallop he caught a sweet kick in the jaw…
WOW!!!! Gonzaga won because instead of respecting CroCop and letting him have the advantage he went in with no respect or fear and dominated him. Now CroCop needs a neck brace and a cast on what looked like a broken ankle.
That was seriously one of the worst knock outs i have ever seen in ufc history i have been a big fan of crocop for a while and was just glad to see he got up and was ok. I thought for once some one was not going to get up. Kinda hard to watch
WOW! I couldn’t even SLEEP after Gonzaga’s UPSET of Cro Cop! I just want to say CONGRATULATIONS to him and all the great people from LUDLOW, MASS that helped him train!
After watching his pre-fight video on how hard he trained for this, I had a feeling he would win! He seems like a really good guy.
I bet my son that he would win, and he was so impressed, he gladly handed over the money!

Man was this a great card. I really enjoyed every fight well except for Arklovski.
According to Cro cop, he does’t know what’s a plan for now.That’s what he said after knock out.I guess he is realizing what situation he is in .Sudden drop from the top all away down.To be honest,I have no idea who’ll be the next to fight Cro cop.

He could fight Gonzaga again… It depends on whether or not he’s injured, he’s a pretty flexible guy so who knows if his knee or ankle is messed up. I have been training martial arts since I was 6, my ankles, knees and hips are pretty flexible so you never know…
Don’t count Cro Cop out!
